Recently we carried out what was an almost total rebuild of a bungalow Murty along with engineer Jacquie Manley advised us on the construction requirements. The project was costed and a time frame was agreed and both came in on target .The work carried out was of the highest standard and any changes to the original plan that were required in mid construction were discussed and costed in keeping with the original costings. .

Murty O Sullivan builders and his team did a bathroom renovation in our house, removing a bath and installing a walk in shower as well as a complete overhaul of tiles, sanitary ware, and insulation etc. From start to finish the job was organised and of the highest standard. Murty had the tilers, plumbers, electrician and carpenter all lined up and ready to go, so there were no delays, and the job was completed in no time.
The result was a fabulous ,modern and easily accessible bathroom.
Murty explained everything very clearly and has great patience! He has a lovely team of lads working with him and we would only be delighted to recommend Murty OSullivan to anyone considering renovations.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Murty O’Sullivan for any building job, no matter how large or small.
The first project he undertook for me was quite a large one, adding a sun-room, re-configuring the downstairs room a little, installing a downstairs toilet etc.
I found him very pleasant to deal with. He would always listen to what I wanted, explain if something wasn’t possible, make suggestions but not insist on them and give me time to think things over when necessary.
The job was quite long, but he organised it so I could live in the house the whole time with the minimum disruption. He liaised with other people when necessary, for instance the firm who fitted the new kitchen. All the work was completed to a very high standard and has been greatly admired.
Since then he has undertaken a few smaller jobs and has given them the same care and attention as he gave to the larger project.
He has an excellent team working with him and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
As I have said, I would highly recommend him and his team for any building job.

We recently renovated a bedroom to our house and asked Murty to do the work for us. As it is an old house it required a lot of work, including knocking down an outside wall, adding new floor and wall insulation and with his advise we also insulated the attic over the bedroom and the remainder of the house. Murty and John were great to work with and took the hassle out of us organising a plumber, plasterer and electrician.
